ALIVE IN BARCELONA REVEALS "ZOMBIES"
Spokane, WA based hard rock band Alive in Barcelona has released another single ahead of their forthcoming self-titled album. Featured on the upcoming release are singles “The Fight,” “House of Memories,” and, most recently released, “Zombies,” featuring Craig Mabbitt of Escape The Fate. The track is about “going through life with your head down, and not focusing on what’s important. Too many people spend too much time being possessed with trivial things and really losing out on so many opportunities in life. ‘Zombies’’ message is about being present and focused. This is the first step in taking control of your life and, ultimately, battling depression and suicide.”
The group’s musical proficiency on guitar, paired with the technical expertise of the rhythm section, provides an ironclad backbone for their vocal delivery. With that, they provide a unique harmony of clean and heavy vocals, shedding the dichotomy of the standard post-hardcore formula.
