FOUR YEAR STRONG AT MERCURY BALLROOM IN LOUISVILLE

FOUR YEAR STRONG AT MERCURY BALLROOM IN LOUISVILLE

On Wednesday September 28th, Four Year strong brought their “Enemy Of The World Tour” through Louisville, KY at Mercury Ballroom. They had Louisville’s own Feral Vices open the show, which is a phenomenal band. I highly implore you to check them out wherever you can. Save face and Microwave were both on the tour package as well. The last time save face and Microwave were in Louisville were when they came together back in 2019.

The whole night, the energy was alive and well with all the opening bands straight crushing it! If you’ve never listened to any of these bands I encourage you to listen to them! Four Year Strong picked a great package to tour with. The crowd was loving every moment of it!

Then came the time everyone was waiting for, Four Year Strong to take the stage and play the album Enemy Of The World from front to back, an album that has meant a lot to the fans over the years! I know it’ll always hold a special place in my heart as it was an album my brother and I would listen to on repeat! My mom even enjoyed a lot of the songs on the album, so being able to see it live was a special moment. Being able to photograph it was a bucket list achievement. The band took the stage and the crowd lost it when the opening note of “It Must Really Suck To Be Four Year Strong Right Now” started playing. The band was absolutely phenomenal as they played through the album, with great crowd work, and even banter with the crowd, especially after someone yelled out, “Play Korn!” as Alan was wearing a Korn shirt. The band went into the opening riff of “Blind” and everyone loved it. After the band played the album, they played a few more songs from their catalog and made sure everyone was having the time of their life. If this tour is coming close to you and you’re a fan, I promise you do not want to miss out on it. You never know what you might experience at your stop.
